Prosser School District Calendar 2026-2027

Prosser's three elementary communities sit in a Yakima Valley landscape of orchards, vineyards, food processing and agricultural research. Keene-Riverview, Prosser Heights and Whitstran elementary schools feed Housel Middle School and Prosser High School. Children from town and rural roads eventually share one Mustang secondary community, even when their first school and home language differ.

Prosser Heights houses a Spanish-English dual-language pathway, and district migrant and bilingual services work across schools. Staff help families understand enrollment, attendance and academic expectations in Spanish as well as English, while migrant education supports children whose moves are connected to agricultural work. At the high school, agriculture education and family and consumer science connect classroom work with the industries around Prosser. Students can study production, mechanics, food, business and leadership through projects and organizations, while arts, athletics and college-credit options broaden the same campus.
