Mossyrock School District Calendar 2026-2027

Lakes, forest and agricultural land meet around Mossyrock in eastern Lewis County. Mossyrock Elementary and Mossyrock Junior/Senior High School give local students a direct path through graduation, and the Viking identity moves easily between classrooms, performances, athletics and town gatherings. Younger children grow up close to the secondary school they will later enter.

The district also serves families whose seasonal work or household moves can interrupt a school year. Migrant Education supports academic continuity, family communication and access to services when students arrive, leave or return. Family nights and extended learning give English- and Spanish-speaking households common entry points into school life, helping the two-school route remain usable even when a family's circumstances are less settled than the local map.
