Cashmere School District Calendar 2026-2027

Cashmere’s schools sit in an orchard town where agriculture, tourism and small business shape daily life. Vale Elementary carries children through fourth grade, Cashmere Middle School serves grades five through eight, and Cashmere High School completes the route. The whole district gathers at the middle-school stage, giving students eight years in one common peer group before graduation. Coaches, teachers and activity advisers often know families across several stages, and school events remain a prominent part of town life.

The high school turns the surrounding economy into several credible fields of study. Agriculture includes animal science, horticulture and agricultural mechanics; students can also take sports medicine, marketing, family and consumer sciences, coding, foods, computer-aided design and construction. FFA, athletics, music and student organizations carry those interests into competitions, performances and service. Cashmere does not rely on a large number of campuses to create variety. It builds variety inside one shared middle school and one comprehensive high school, pairing orchard-country continuity with routes toward university study, technical training and local employment.
